Location

Tulum is a town on the Caribbean coastline of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. It’s known for its beaches and well-preserved ruins of an ancient Mayan port city. The main building is a large stone structure called El Castillo (Castle), perched on a rocky cliff above the white sand beach and turquoise sea. Near the ruins is the Parque Nacional Tulum, a coastal area with mangroves and cenotes (natural limestone sinkholes).

The beaches, friendly people, fun activities, and views have made Tulum a popular place to visit over the past few years. It is about an hour and a half drive from Cancun, where the nearest international airport is located.

Accommodations

Escape the ordinary and experience serenity at its purest.  Our Private Villa will have a private chef during our retreat that will prepare amazing & nutritious meals with recipes from all corners of the country and the globe that will allow us to experience authentic Mexican dishes.

We chose this villa because of its luxurious design and LOCATION!  Situated right on our own private beach, with a pool, and in a guarded gated community… it is everything you dreamed of. Nestled in the tranquil Soliman Bay, this 5-bedroom beachfront Villa is a spectacular retreat where you will spend blissful days in one of the most secluded places in the Riviera Maya.

Its exquisite setting and effortlessly elegant personality make this home the perfect hideout to enjoy some laid-back tropical living.  The breathtaking outdoors is possibly its most striking trait.  The pool and deck transform into a white-sand private beach adorned with coco palms, sun beds, and hammocks that are guaranteed to help you relax.  Or take one of the kayaks and set out to paddle in the tranquil bay, where turtle and ray sightings are not uncommon.

Back indoors, the open-plan living room, which transitions naturally from the outdoor deck, is an ideal space for reunions with family and friends.  Tastefully designed down to the finest details, the stylish decor sets the mood for your tropical escape, while the staff, including a private chef, will no doubt make you feel at home.

After a day of exploring the bay, get some rest in one of its five bedrooms, all equipped with ensuite bathrooms, or spend a peaceful late afternoon chilling on the upper terrace.  And after a stunning sunset, switch on the outdoor sound system and gather everyone around the BBQ or the woodfired oven for a delicious alfresco dinner with the soothing Caribbean breeze.

This amazing Villa boasts a truly privileged location.  Just a 10-minute drive north of Tulum, Soliman Bay is one of the best places to experience the quintessential Riviera Maya.  Here you’ll find long and empty beaches, lush greenery, and kind, welcoming people while staying close to all the main cultural and social attractions this destination has to offer.  Get ready for the sunshine and blissful beachfront luxury!

A Sample Day at the Retreat

7:00 am – Meditation or Journaling  (independently or group)

7:30 am – Morning Movement Session  (Yoga or HIIT)

8:30 am – Nourishing Breakfast

9:30 am – Group Coaching Session  or  Morning Adventure

12:30 am – Revitalizing Lunch

1:30 pm – Afternoon Adventure  or  Group Coaching Session  or  Free Time

6:30 pm – Dinner

8:00 pm – Fireside or Poolside Chat

This retreat will be full of Excursion and Activities, but you will also have plenty of free time to relax by the pool at our private villa, read by the beach, kayak, paddleboard, treat yourself to additional massages or other spa treatments.

Chantel Murphy

Chantel began her journey with yoga over 15 years ago.  Just like any discipline, there were years that were more focused than others and times of absence.  In 2022 she decided to take the leap of faith and enroll in yoga teacher training to become a RYT 200.  As a Registered Nurse and working in healthcare for 20 + years, Chantel specifically has a passion to create environments that are supportive, accessible, and inclusive to students of all levels.

Chantel specializes in vinyasa flow, restorative, yin, and guided meditation. Helping people learn that yoga is not just about the poses and postures, but about bringing calm to the mind and spirit as well is a very important aspect in her classes.  During this retreat, Chantel looks forward to helping you step away from the daily grind and find balance, peace, and rejuvenation within.

Halee West

Halee is a gym owner since 2020, nurse, and trainer with a heart for helping people become the strongest version of themselves. Her passion is walking alongside others through every season of their journey — celebrating the small wins, the big breakthroughs, and all the in-between moments that build real confidence.

Fitness isn’t just about physical strength to her; it’s about resilience, community, and learning to believe in yourself again. With 15+ years in healthcare and 16 years hands-on coaching experience, she brings both knowledge and heart to everything she does.
