- Departure Tax – upon leaving Belize City Int’l Airport on your way home (approximately $40, but may be included in airfare so check with your airline)
Flights
Arrivals: Monday, February 3, 2025 – book to arrive between 11 am – 4pm
We will provide more instructions upon registration.
Departures: Saturday, February 8, 2025 – book to depart between 2 pm – 5 pm
Transportation: will be provided to and from San Pedro (SPR) & the Resort. Please plan accordingly based on the method (Air or Water) you’ve chosen to get to Belize City Airport (BZE).
AIR: There is a flight that takes you from Belize City (BZE) to San Pedro (SPR) and back. It takes approximately 20 minutes and can be arranged through Tropic Air. Please be advised there are restrictions on luggage with the smaller airlines.
Land in Belize City (BZE) – Tropic Air to San Pedro (SPR)
WATER: Alternatively, there is a Water Taxi that takes you from Belize City (BZE) to San Pedro and back. It takes approximately 90 mins and be arranged through San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi.
Land in Belize City (BZE) – Belize Express to San Pedro.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD Deposit. Any cancellation made before November 18, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after November 18, 2024 will result in a total loss of funds. If you do have to cancel, your spot is fully transferable to another person that you find to take your place.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it’s not meeting the trip minimum (if we do, your deposit will be refunded in full). We reserve the right to determine if you are a good fit for this trip (if you’re not, your deposit will be refunded in full). Should the exchange rate vary by more than 5%, prices are subject to change.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
Registration
NOTE: You will be redirected to PayPal to submit your payment. A PayPal account is not required to complete your payment as they accept credit cards also. Your registration is not complete until payment is received.
You will receive a receipt from PayPal within 24 hours after submitting your payment. Please check your email inbox and junk mail for your PayPal payment receipt. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us and we will check to determine whether PayPal processed the payment.
