Flights
Arrivals: Monday, Oct 13, 2025 – book to arrive between 12pm – 4pm
We will provide more instructions upon registration.
Departures: Saturday, Oct 18, 2025 – book to depart between 2pm – 5pm
Transportation will be provided to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN) & the Private Villa.
Registration
NOTE: You will be redirected to PayPal to submit your payment. A PayPal account is not required to complete your payment as they accept credit cards also. Your registration is not complete until payment is received.
You will receive a receipt from PayPal within 24 hours after submitting your payment. Please check your email inbox and junk mail for your PayPal payment receipt. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us and we will check to determine whether PayPal processed the payment.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation after April 15, 2025 will result in a total loss of the $500 USD Deposit. Any cancellation made before June 1, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after June 1, 2025 will result in a total loss of funds. If you do have to cancel, your spot is fully transferable to another person that you find to take your place.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it’s not meeting the trip minimum (if we do, your deposit will be refunded in full). We reserve the right to determine if you are a good fit for this trip (if you’re not, your deposit will be refunded in full). Should the exchange rate vary by more than 5%, prices are subject to change.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
